NCLB History

The No Child Left Behind Golf Classic was inaugurated in 2002 to support organizations educating inner-city children and to give students a head start in life through a quality education.

In most cities across this nation, inner-city children face obstacles that are unimaginable. The same is true in Dallas. Family separation due to crime and drugs, extended family guardians and other social challenges confront children daily. Those more fortunate living in Dallas have the chance to affect the lives of South Dallas students and break the cycle of poverty through education. This opportunity inspired the mission of the No Child Left Behind Golf Classic and Foundation.

Founder's Message

The students of St. Anthony School & Community Center are the inspiration and driving force behind the annual NCLB Golf Classic.  Over the history

of the tournament, we have seen students become lifelong learners and achieve higher education, which is made possible strictly through donations.

I am honored to be affiliated with the NCLB Golf Classic, as it returns the highest percentage of the event gross to the benefactor than any other tournament in Dallas.

We need your help to create more leaders of tomorrow.  Please accept my personal invitation to attend this year's NCLB Golf Classic for a unique golfing experience.
